Scan to Web is an easy to use yet very powerful modular package consists of a small scanner and OCR Software that scans a variety of personal documents such as Driver licenses, ID cards, Passports, Business cards and other documents directly into the right fields of any web applications like CRM, ERP, PMS and any web based software.
Scan to Web system integrates seamlessly into your MS Internet Explorer (version 6 or newer) then quickly and accurately extracts the textual information from the scanned document and store the information into the pre-set web page fields. The system has been designed to serve users with minimal computer skills as it does not require any programming knowledge.
Setup within minutes the unique image processing and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology together with the state-of-the-art man-machine interface allow to simply place any identification document of an occasional customer and promptly having all his textual information, as well as the document image, in your database while saving the need for long manual typing process ,high rate of human errors and the unnecessary process of photocopying and archiving of documents.

The following spec. represents the minimum recommended spec. for smooth operation of Scan2Web system:
- MS Windows 2000, XP, Vista
- Pentium 2.0GHz or equivalent
- 256MB of DRAM
- 60MB free disk space (more for keeping scanned images)
- USB port
- CD-ROM drive
- VGA monitor with true color and at least 800x600 pixels
Use our Software is subject but not limited to the following terms:
- Any software that is made available for download or use from the website ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Card Scanning Solutions and/or third parties. For some Software, a separate license agreement specifically applicable to the download or use of that Software will be presented for acceptance prior to download or use, and the user will be unable to install or use such Software unless he or she first accepts the terms of the applicable license agreement.
- The Software is provided AS-IS and Card Scanning Solutions hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the software, including all warranties and conditions of merchantability, whether express, implied or statutory, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
- Unless otherwise stated in the specific Software license agreement all software are made to be installed and to be used on a single PC and Card Scanning Solutions's provided Hardware is to be connected to the PC for the entire period of use.
- For some Software a trial version is available for a limited period and/or limited use according to specific Software license agreement.

Current users of ScanShell product line can now benefit of our Scan2Web application by acquiring a license to use the application with any ScanShell/SnapShell hardware device. A trial version is available for downloading from the Download section of this website
