Scan to CRM is a ready to use integrated application that can scan business cards and automatically store textual information and images to your CRM software.

Within seconds of placing a business card into the portable card scanner, Scan2CRM extracts the textual data from the scanned image, an advanced image processing and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) algorithm parses the data into useful information and store each bit of information into the right field of a new contact record in any of the following CRM systems:

  • SalesForce (Professional Edition only)
  • ACT by Sage for Windows (ver. 9 and ver. 10)
  • Microsoft CRM (version 3.0 and above)

Scan to CRM that works directly with SalesForce/ACT/Microsoft CRM is the only business card scanning package that does not require dealing with 3rd party applications to collect and store information to your CRM.
