Card Scanning Solutions Ltd. is a UK registered company. We allow secure on-line payment, Fax payment or direct bank transfer in either GB Pound Sterling or Euro currency. All on-line payments and your company or private details are transferred via SSL secure servers. All credit and debit cards process are maintain by Protx's secure servers which are VeriSign Secured. We do not keep any digital records or credit card details of our customers for further use.

Credit / Debit Cards
Card Scanning Solutions Ltd. accepts the following credit cards :VISA, MasterCard, Visa Electron as well as Maestro and Solo debit cards from UK residents. Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. Billing information mast be verifiable with the issuing bank. If your information could not be verified by our processing bank - your order will not be processed.

Credit Card Security
Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Web browsers transmit a unique address that can be used by law enforcement officials to identify fraudulent activity. Fraudulent information will be provided to the issuing bank, shipping carriers, and networked with our business partners

Sales Tax
We deliver our products from one of our main distribution centers in the UK, Nevada USA or Middle East. Sales tax applies for orders that are shipped to the United Kingdom. No additional charges will be applied to the listed prices except for the shipping and handling costs for orders not shipped to the United Kingdom. On international orders, additional taxes or duties may be charged for some countries by the delivery company or local authorities, which are at the customer responsibility.

We respect and protect your privacy. We have designed our site so that no personal identifiable information is displayed online or is accessible to the general public via our web site or Email.

Credit Card Security

We strongly advise not to test the web site or fax with false orders, as it will result in substantial, personal legal risk. It is a violation of the law to make orders under a false name or with an invalid credit card. Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Both the FBI and the US Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet fraud cases. We do not use software tags to identify customers when they visit our site. We strongly object to this invasion of privacy practice.

Use of Your Personal Information

We do not sell or rent our customer information to any third party under any circumstances. We do not reveal your email address or other personal information, except to complete transactions with our third-party vendors. In such cases, we provide only the information required to complete the transaction. By contract, the third party is prohibited from selling, renting or sharing this information.

During our order process, we ask you to provide us with contact information, such as name, billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone number and a valid credit card number. We use this information to verify your account when you place an order.

If you provide us with your email address, and opt to be on our mailing list, we will occasionally send you email or standard mail with recommendations or notices of new products and prices. We may send Emails to keep you informed of your order status.

We do not participate in any of the above. We try to keep paper work to the necessary minimum.

Shipping Policy

We use the services of premium courier companies, such as UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, etc.
All the products offered in our website are always in stock (unless specifically noted).
Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times. International delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Insurance

All deliveries are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and damage. Should you experience any freight damage, please contact us for immediate replacement.

Overdue

Delivery time is considered as a combination of both the order's processing time and actual shipping time.

Order Processing Time

Our efficient processing system enables us to ship most of the orders the same day or within one business day. Delays to the above are expected for weekend orders. We ship Monday through Friday.

International Orders

We ship to almost every country in the world.

Billing to an International Address

Your billing information must be the same as listed for you by your credit card provider. We accept foreign billing addresses, but we may require (in rare cases) additional documentation prior to shipping your first order. We may ask to have a faxed copy of your passport or drivers license, along with a copy of either your credit card billing statement, or a copy of the credit card you will be using.

International Shipping and taxes

We use FedEx International Priority or other courier for door-to-door delivery. For some countries additional taxes or duties may be charged by the delivery company or local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

RTB Warranty

We will replace defective products for up to one year from date of purchase. We offer Return-To-Base warranty policy, which means a faulty product should be returned to us by the customer (on the customer expense) and a replacement product will be shipped to the customer on our own expense. In case the returned product is found in working order on our tests it will be shipped back to the customer on the customer's expense and testing fees might be applied.

Return Policy

In order to allow you to test and evaluate our software and systems we will accept returns of the first (single) product within a period of 30 days from the date of Invoice, for all our Software/Hardware packages provided the system has been kept in 'AS NEW' condition and will be returned in its original undamaged box. Hardware Only products (i.e. scanners of "N" series or scanners purchased without IDscan/SDK software license) are subject to 7 days money back guarantee policy. We will provide refund of the paid price minus S&H costs. In case of damage to the product or the outer package or in case of missing accessories we keep the rights to charge up to 25% restock fees.

Return items must have RMA confirmation prior to returning the product to us. Should you wish to return a faulty or unwanted item please contact us to receive RMA confirmation.

Warranty

We will replace defective products for up to one year from date of purchase provided the faulty products will be returned to us in good physical order (un-abused) and with undamaged [OK] sticker (genuine sticker) and original serial number sticker at the bottom.
